X-RAY
To augment our mission of zero failure fittings, We have invested in a state of the art radiology machine specially customized to detect air voids. This helps us ensure that each and every fittings has been check for internal defects. We are one of the very few manufactures who has the capability to detect voids without destructive testing.

MELT FLOW
Melt flow Index or the rate at which Raw material melts under heat and ptressure is a regular test for us. All Batches of Raw material and Fittings are tested regularly for compliance with PE 100 Standard. This ensures perfect weldability with good quality HDPE Pipes and unbreakable joints. We follow ISO-1133 or ASTM -D1238 carry out the MFI Tests

DENSITY
Densityof All Batches of Raw material and Fittings are tested regularly for compliance with PE 100 Standard. This ensures perfect weldability with good quality HDPE Pipes and unbreakable joints. We follow ISO 1183 or D1505 to carry out Density tests.

Tensile and Elongation
The tension test is carried out using the Universal Testing Machine (UTM), one of the basic mechanical tests to control the quality and strength of HDPE Pipes and Fittings. Testing methods meet international standards; ASTM D 628 and ISO 527-2 for plastic materials, Beneficial information from these tests includeThe tensile strength at yield, The tensile strength at break and The percentage (%) of elongation at break and also Modulus.

HYDRO STATIC PRESSURE TEST
The internal pressure creeping test of HDPE pipes at elevated temperature is carried out using the Hydrostatic Testing Machine, a crucial mechanical property test that builds positive reputation towards our products’ quality. This is because the test qualifies HDPE pipefittings quality, meeting international standards used in referencing to the manufacturing process In this test, the pressure and temperature within the pipe fittings will be stably controlled at a certain value. During this mentioned period, the pipe must not break, leak or fracture within a determined time

Oxidation Induction Test
The Oxidation Induction Time (OIT) test is carried out using a Differential Scanning Calorimeter (DSC). This is to test the basic thermal properties to prevent oxidation in HDPE pipesfittngs. This test crudely indicates actual usage timespan and durability towards different conditions. Testing methods meet standards such as ISO 11357 at a temperature of 200 or 210℃, the OIT must not be lesser than 20 minutes.
